Doke's Diet

7:00 AM
- "Power" shake (milk, berries, banana, peanut butter, one scoop whey protein, glutamine)
- One cup of oatmeal
- cup of coffee (need to wake up)
9:30ish AM
- 6 egg whites.....2 whole eggs
- one apple
- spinach leaves
12 noon
- Smoked white turkey sandwich with cheese
- Spinach leaves
- orange
- cup of milk
2:30 PM
- Can of tuna fish
- carrots
- broccoli
6 PM - This is post workout meal
- 1 1/2 scoop of whey protein
- 1 scoop gatorade, creatine, glutamine
- 8 scoops of corn sugar
7:30 PM
- Chicken or Steak
- broccoli and spinach, apple
- milk or juice
- multi-vitamin
9:30ish PM - This is pre-sleep meal
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
- 1 cup of milk
- maybe some spinach
This diet includes at least a gallon of water a day and some liver pills to help digestion. I also have a pre-workout shake at about 3:30 PM consisting of milk, water, whey protein, peanut butter and oatmeal. I also usually have one scoop of gatorade and 4 scoops of corn sugar in water during my workout.
