There are many weight-loss and muscle building programs for sale and most of these are gimmicks. It can be extremely difficult to find some sound advice on a healthy diet or a workout routine. We hope this website will offer some real information or at least some ideas from people who have seen results. It also aims to entertain.

The Doke is a common man by day and bodybuilder by night. He is a well-oiled machine when it comes to his diet and workout regiment and he has never been accused of lacking confidence. He has been generous enough to post his current diet and workout routine on the site. Previous diets and workouts can be viewed by visiting the archive.

Also, why you're here vote in the poll and register as a member. Members are allowed to post comments for journal entries and polls. Members also have a profile that they may update at any time. Included in this profile is a workout category. Choose from:

The idea is to promote a healthier lifestyle and build a community of real people. You will also notice that a member named "TDA" also keeps a journal on the site. He is "The Doke's Apprentice"; a nerdy type that just recently set foot into a gym for the first time. From time to time TDA and/or The Doke will mention "characters" from the gym where they work out. Refer to the "Character Profiles" page for a description and explanation.
